Add An Authorized Pickup Person via the Online Member Portal

1. Click the drop down next to More.

2. Click "Authorized Pickups".

3. Click "Authorized Pickup"

4. Indicate if the authorized person lives in your household.

5. Click "Next"

6. Complete the form to provide the requested information then click next.

7. Click here.

9. Type "4567"

10. Enter the pin you will use to pick up the dependent. Click Next.
